Our journey began with a simple mission: to build forklift forks that customers can trust. Back in 2005, when we first started manufacturing forks, we quickly realized that many factories prioritized speed over quality, leading to products that failed prematurely. We decided to take a different approach: invest in technology, train our team, and prioritize quality at every step. Today, our 40,000-square-meter facility houses three dedicated fork production lines and three fork accessory lines, capable of producing over 20,000 tons of forks and attachments annually. But more than just capacity, our strength lies in our team—engineers, technicians, and quality control specialists with decades of combined experience in forging and material science.
At the heart of our manufacturing process is advanced forging technology. Unlike cast forks, which are prone to brittleness, Techence forks are drop-forged using high-grade steel, which aligns the metal’s grain structure to maximize strength and durability. Our state-of-the-art heat treatment facilities ensure each fork is hardened and tempered to precise specifications, balancing hardness and toughness to resist wear and impact. We also use CNC machining for critical dimensions, ensuring every fork meets exact tolerances for a perfect fit with forklift carriages. This attention to detail means our forks won’t wobble, slip, or fail prematurely, even under constant heavy use.
Quality control is non-negotiable at Techence. Every fork that leaves our factory undergoes 100% inspection, including load testing, hardness testing, and visual checks for defects. We use advanced testing equipment to verify that each fork meets our strict standards, as well as international ISO 9000 and CE requirements. Our quality control team also keeps detailed records of every product, from raw material batch numbers to final test results, so we can trace any product back to its origin. This commitment to quality has earned us 5 invention patents, 76 utility model patents, and 9 software copyrights, reflecting our ongoing investment in innovation.
